A Birthday and Baby Card

Here we are again ladies - another Monday has arrived and don't they turn up fast now. Christmas will be upon us in no time with all it's busyness. We are going to be spending some time at the farm with our family  and of course catching up with our little Clayton, as Zoe and Jessy are going to be down as well. Now, isn't that something to look forward to. We think he is the cutest baby there has ever been - maybe we are biased!

Today, I am going to put up the card I made for our little great grandson's arrival, for Jessy and Zoe.

Clayton's card is a 5 1/4" square card made with the lovely Pion Paper range, called Theodore and Bella. I love it with it's teddy bear theme but then I do love teddy bears. Maybe I lacked something as a kid!! The card is quite self explanatory - I have fussy cut the feature picture out of one of the papers.

MacKenzie's card was made for an order - I have actually made her one, from her Grandad, for the past three years and as she is now heading off to school, this collection from Kaisercraft was appropriate. It is called Class Act and was released some time back - so thankful to Kaisercraft, for all the built up supply of collections I have in stock. I will need to live an awful long time to use them all up!!

As it is a Twist and Pop card, this is the card open. Grandad had to be given instructions on how it opened but seemed very pleased with the completed card. The collectables, with the range, certainly come in handy for embellishing the card. Trust MacKenzie's school days begin well.

I am teaching again on Wednesday, so had better get putting the kits together for our lovely ladies. They are always fun to be with. We are going to be playing with some of the new 3D folders from Crafter's Companions, just sharing how we can get so many different looks using inks and Mousse.
Maybe we will get a bit messy but will be fun and the folders are gorgeous and give a super impression.

Well thanks all for taking the time to pop by. May you all enjoy whatever you are doing today and may you also know God's blessings. Until next week,

Betsy  xxx
